    Note that the reception on Tuesday, the dinner on Wednesday are included in the fee of the conferences taking place on those days, the dinner for EPEW will be on Thursday. Workshops on Monday and Saturday have no dinner included in the event registration.

    Cancellation policy

    Prices for cancellation are:

    • Until July 21, 2017: 10%
    • June 1, 2016 until August 11, 2017: 50%
    • After that no refunds possible.
